Got some music trivia 4 ya! Tell me band, song and album!?

Posted by admin on November 25th, 2009 and filed under ministry band | 6 Comments »

Song#1
Little boy made a mistake,
Pink cloud has now turned to grey,
All that I want is to play,
Get on your knees, time to pray, boy……

Song #2
They live their lives in fear and insecurity,
And all you do is pay for their prosperity,
The ministry of fear that won’t let you live,
The ministry of grace that doesn’t forgive…

Song#3
Here I come,
My mind is set,
Get ready for love,
You’re my ten second pet…

Song#4
I find it such a shame,
Through the pain I see things as they are,
We’re served up on a plate,
The pedistal is high enough to fall…..

Song#5
Meat eating orchids forgive no one just yet,
Cut myself on angel’s hair and baby’s breath,
Broken hyman of your highness I’m left black,
Throw down your umbilical noose so I can climb right back…

That’s it! Be the first to tell me the band, song title, and album, and get 10 points! Good luck all!
None of these songs are new!
They are 5 didffernet songs, 5 diff. bands! Tell me each one’s title, band, and album! And (hint, hint) one of the songs IS Nirvana!
Sorry, mamakin, but misanthropia told me the albums! Nice one, misanthropia!

1. alice in chains – angry chair (album: Dirt)
2. ozzy osbourne – rock n roll rebel (album: Bark At The Moon)
3. motley crue – ten seconds to love (album: Shout At The Devil)
4. the offspring – genocide (album: Smash)
5. nirvana – heart shaped box (album: In Utero)

Pat Robertson (CBN)underwent knee replacement surgery.Did he try faith healing first?

Posted by admin on November 25th, 2009 and filed under healing ministry | 5 Comments »

We see lots of people with hip, spine, knee problems throwing of their crutches, wheel chairs and running and jumping after being healed by teleevangelists. Why didnt Mr.Pat opt for this cure instead of surgery? It would have been a great testimony for the evangelical ministry

thats really his business not yours…God usually just does the really big stuff right now till He returns

I belong to a Deliverance Ministry in Houston, Texas–It is the best teaching I have ever recieved–It teaches

Posted by admin on November 25th, 2009 and filed under prayer ministry | 4 Comments »

Me about the stronghold of the devil and how to bring all evil imaginations into captivity of Christ. I have never felt the annointing of Gods presence or the teaching of someone truly annointed by God. I have seen actual demons flee from people and true manifestation take place. I have learned the key methods to spiritual warfare through prayer. Before I started going to this church my life was really messed up. I could sin with no conviction in my heart. It wasn’t until I stepped foot into this church that I felt broken in spirit and gave my life to Christ. Imagine someone who could rob you blind, doing drugs, heavy drinking etc. the list goes on changing there ways in one day. The devil had a hold over my life so strong that I was literally working for him daily through persuading many others to do wrong. How many people would be interested if given the opportunity to visit this ministry. Just by hearing my true testimony of how God had his hand on me!

I’m glad to have read your testimony how God has made you whole, and delivered you from strongholds in your life.Jesus has come to set the captives free.Be greatly used by God,and all the wonderful extravagant things he will do for you and through you.You are loved,do not pay attention to people that will try to wound your spirit on this site.Thank you for sharing.

Has anyone noticed the teaching ministry of Seventh-Day Adventists has become very active? Any reasons why?

Posted by admin on November 25th, 2009 and filed under ministry videos | 3 Comments »

The last week I’ve done much surfing online for Christian topics. I was surprised that several websites offering audio, video, or print teachings are affilated with Seven Day Adventists. It’s literally impossible to search for anything Christian related, and not eventually stumble upon one of their sites.

A few examples of their many websites are: Amazing Facts, Voice of Prophecy, It is Written, Great Controversy, Harvest Time Books, Good News Unlimited, and it goes on and on.

Does anyone know what has enabled the SDA church to pick up their teaching and preaching ministries so quickly, and why do they often entitle their websites by different names, so that it’s almost impossible to determine they are SDA related?

Until you come across something which mentions The Sabbath, Ellen White, or other SAD teachings, one would never know the site was Seventh Day Adventist related. What has caused the recent increase in their teachings? Increase in membership?

Thanks
Yes all Christians are called to teach. That is our responsibility. But I’m "personally, not aware of any denomination that has picked up their online and offline teachings so quickly.

Most Christians believe that we are in the last Days and that Jesus is about to return soon.

Revelation 14 says that 3 messages go out to the world right before the end comes. The first message says worship the creator and then it quotes the 4th commandment.

As you said this is one of the main points emphasized by the Seventh-Day Adventist Church

I believe that it God is using the Seventh-Day Adventist Church to declare His end-time message.

Am computer moron. Wondered if/how can one record music from computer to CD?

Posted by admin on November 25th, 2009 and filed under ministry music | 2 Comments »

I just want to record music to use for background for nursing home ministry. This has always baffled me with CD players. Unlike cassete players do not know how to record on. But that is not my problem here. Just wanted to record music on computer to CD. Have a good computer with windows, desktop. Are there any books or other sources for me to go to? Help on this matter greatly appreciated.

Yes you can. You need some software to write music to cd which you can download for free from many sights such as this one

http://isohunt.com/

You need a download program first to download from this site which you can get for free from

http://utorrent.com

just press download option.

You can then download ANY software OR music for free from isohunt.com and copy to cd with the software such as itunes or nero.

Have fun!
