I know ‘fireproof is a good one, but we recently watch it as a congregation.
I am starting a marriage ministry at the church to meet monthly at first.
The first night is simply going to be a night of fun and fellowship with little ministering.
I would like to provide dinner and then a movie for all that attend.
I am searching for a movie that is enjoyable, sends a good message to married couples, and
at the same time is appropriate to show in church.
Any suggesstions???????
This ain’t ghost hunters XXX.
I’m looking for 300 blank dvds to start my ministry with.

Keep the Law under Grace.
The Moral Law(Ten Commandments) was given to Israel in trust for all mankind. It has never been abrogated but ia as unchangeable as its author, being based on our essential relationships to Him and our fellow men, and it is of perpetual and universal obligation(Matthew 5:17-20).
Exodus 20:8
"REMEMBER THE SABBATH(Saturday) DAY, TO KEEP IT HOLY."
Jesus observed the Sabbath day of his own people. It was his custom to keep the Sabbath day Holy(Luke 4:16).
The Great Teacher never intimated that the Sabbath was a ceremonial ordinance or exclusive to the Jewish people. The Sabbath was given to all mankind.
It is evident that Christ did not change the Sabbath in the New Testament. Nor did he set the seventh-day of the week aside. Nowhere in the Bible is it stated that worship should be changed from Saturday to Sunday. The Bible declares that we should keep Holy the Sabbath Day.

I don’t know about movies, but one time what my fellowship did was we watched videos of married couples giving their testimonies (like how they had problems and how Christ helped them go through the problems). so perhaps you can search on those instead
My fiancé and I are getting married in January and may be using a minister from Open Door Ministries. I was wondering if anyone has used them or had an experience with them? Any comments?
I had the same issues with their site. I got married 2 months ago by a friend who was ordained by the internet and ours was recognized. We’re in NJ, Ocean County specifically. I’m ordained and I checked with the state to make sure that I could perform weddings in the state and they said it’s perfectly legal. So my opinion of "Open Doors Ministries" is that I wouldn’t go to a liar. Plus they’ll charge you an arm and a leg. Find someone local.
If the Church of Satan can operate under Corporation sole why not churches.
Probablyh none.
"Corporation sole" is a buzzword for a scam setup.

I’m a leader of my church outreach ministries and I would like for our team to go to the nursing homes and homeless shelters & streets where homeless live and also drug rehab centers, to give them personal items as we minister to them.
Talk to the owners and tell them about what you’re doing. I know that some organizations share the credit with businesses that sponsor them. Maybe you could ask your local newspaper to do a story about your project and mention that you need donations or set up booths at public events.
~I have never heard of a church needing to fill out any forms to accept donations. Maybe in large cities? I must admit though that I answered this question based on my own experiances and not just something I googled.~
I want to work with a ministry that helps young adults but where I can also live abroad or travel the world

Marc P: Apparently you do not understand that mission work these days is usually centered around service to the poor around the world — not focusing on converting like in the old days. Now they are building schools and houses, and yes, even wells for fresh drinking water.
I need to know the number of ministries in the USA governmental system and their names.
Ministries are found in Parlementary government systems. The US has what is called a ‘federal’ system. Under a federal system the president is essentially the CEO for all aspects of the Federal Government. The President has a Cabinet where he has people who run departments (such as the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, etc.) who supervise the operations of all but a very few employees of the federal government.
Although a member of the Cabinet has to be approved by Congress – they are essentially hired by the President and can be fired by the President.
I mean actual fundamental evangelical protestant ministries. Are there a lot? A few? Are they legitimate? Are there a lot of fakes? Why and or why not too dangerous ect? Is it expensive to have real estate there?
Christians can go there to visit but they are not allowed to be residence. Jewish people will not convert in their own homeland. It goes the opposite way.
I want to help people … disaster relief or counsel. I wouldn’t expect money but maybe food and board. Are there any companies, ministries, organizations I can do that with? I am 35 year old office worker and most programs appear to be for young people.
There are organisations who need volunteers to work in Africa and other countries in the third world. I have posted a link here for you.
