I have been trying really hard to change my sexual orientation for years now. Nothing has worked thus far, but my therapist recommended this new Christian ministry to me. It is called Gay BASH (Baptists Are Saving Homosexuals).
Can anyone give me any information on Gay BASH-ing? Does it really work?

Gay bashing typically is beating the crap out of gay people. Either they chose a really bad name or that’s their brand of salvation. STAY AWAY!
You can’t change who you are. Sorry. But God made you as you are, be as comfortable with it as you can be.

I personally would never have twigged objective ministries was fake without being told because my time spent surfing Answers in Genesis has exposed me to such nonsense that it’s hard to spot the parodies.

I have such a hard time wrapping my mind around Keynesian economics/policies. Can anyone give me a short ‘for dummies’ rundown of Keynesian economics… and perhaps some suggestions to ho this would relate to the Ministry of Labour and labour policies. Thanks in advance!
A short "for dummies" rundown of Keynesian economics is not that easy, since economic theories are rather complex, but let me try and make a couple of points about what Keynes says in the general theory.
Keynes believed that the main malady of capitalism was unemployment. He believed that the main reason for this was underinvestment, not enough investment to maintain full employment. He proposed an expansionary monetary policy in order to bring interest rates down. He considered high interest rates as a significant obstacle to an adequate investment level in order to ensure full employment.
According to Keynes firms plan their investments comparing the schedule of the marginal productivity of capital(the expected added revenue that a firm expects to accrue from increased output by adding an additional unit of capital) to the interest rate, hence the need for a low interest rate in order to ensure adequate investment.
Keynes also believed that the marginal propensity to consume was too low in order to ensure sufficient demand especially as income rises. He supported redistribution of wealth in order to maintain sufficient demand in the economy.
Furthermore, Keynes introduced the notion of a liquidity trap, a situation where monetary policy is rendered useless when the interest rate is up against the zero bound. In a situation like that he proposed an expansionary fiscal policy with the government undertaking public investments in order to boost the economy.
Public investments would be the link between Keynesianism and the ministry of labour, but obviously Keynesian policies pertain to the entire government.
I’m not sure if that was what you were looking for, but it was a short and simple as i possibly could. As i said describing an entire theory in a couple of paragraphs is not an easy task. There are entire books devoted to the various economic theories.
Are ministers that go to ministry school allowed to only teach certain things in their churches?
Catholic priests are obligated to teach only things that are consistent with official Church doctrine and dogma. Some priests stray from this, but in doing so they are acting in defiance of the vows they made when they were ordained. I have not personally heard significant teaching during mass that contradicts official Church doctrine.
I have had private conversations with priests that reveal strong opinions in opposition to official Church doctrine and policy. I have not personally heard any priest teach such things publicly. Catholic priests are permitted to have personal opinions that vary from Church policy, but they may not teach such things publicly.

Since Bishop Paul Baker was in the huge scandal of his wife finding out that his girlfriend had dumped him. And businessmen in the area complaining about the huge sums of money he had borrowed from them and not tried to pay back, despite a lavish lifestyle, it has come to light that that branch of the Christian Evangelisation International Ministries has closed. Just as well surely?
Who would trust a pastor who tries to exploit his parishioners for sex and money?

hey interesting fact the Christian system is named and modelled on Diocletian’s Imperial central reforms bringing the whole roman system into a single Imperial orbit., it’s also where we get words like Deacon, Deices, Vicar, Bishop etc, yet he persecuted more Christians than any other Roman emperor.
The Ministry disbanded over a period of months back in 2000.

In the US there is an organization that I work with called Guitars not Guns. We supply guitars and lessons to foster children and children at risk for gang violence. There are several corporations and private entities that help us by supplying instruments. Perhaps you could contact Ray Nelson who is the president and founder of GNG. It may be possible that you can begin a branch of Guitars not Guns in your country.
