Job? No, you ministry is your entire life.

Your ministry cannot be pigeon-holed to facet of your life. Your ministry is your entire life. Everything counts. Your life is a witness of the gospel. Everything you do is a ministry, every word you speak performs its ministry, and every thought that enters you mind forms the man.

Therefore, nurture your ministry with care. Seek and practice what you understand to be true, be caring and loving as your life is a service to others, and relish and enjoy everything that is beautiful in the world. By doing this, others will understand that you are enlightened, and they will want to emulate your life.
References :
Please do not make your job a ministry. If I hire a salesperson, I want him to sell the products in my store, not his religion. If I hire a roofer, I want a roof. If I wanted a minister I would hire a minister. As a customer and a consumer, if I want to worship I will go to worship services. If I want chaplaincy, I will find a chaplain.

Do not proselytize from work.

What you should do to bring about God's Kingdom, or however you choose to word it, to your corner of the earth, is do your work well, be honest and pleasant and kind to all people, and keep religion out of it. Do not be self consciously "religious" at work. That only leads to people making funny faces. I'm serious. There is the tranced out "namaste" face, and that really weird strained "joyful about Jesus" face, and the "you're too sexy for my glance" Muslim man face. These are annoying, especially when you want to see a "I am able to attend to what you saying about your lunch order, estate planning needs, or the sound your brakes make" face.

Internalize your religion. Practice at home. Associate with authentically religious and holy people. Then go to work and work.

Please don't annoy captive audiences with your half-mind at work and your other half-mind trolling for God. God is capable. He doesn't need help. Our sacred narratives have more to say about weighing with equal measures, making payroll on time, and the normal aspects of business than they have to say about using your employers or customers as your pool of men to fish in. Do your own job and let God do his.
References :
The best thing to do is live the life. Let God's love show through your everyday life. When you screw up ask for forgiveness from those you hurt even if they don't believe they will forgive (if they want to). Be humble, and live everyday as if it was your last. When they ask about what's different with you just explain don't preach and walk away so they can let it sink in. God bless
References :
A holy man of God would not receive money to preach the truth. Men who are in the business of religion are typically a little off the mark. I preach to people all the time without sucking a paycheck out of the ol tithe bucket
References :
Would you like it if someone else, like a Muslim decides that His job is also his ministry? What if he worked right next to you?

If your answer is you wouldn't like it then maybe you should not use your job as an excuse to harass others who are just trying to survive and earn a living.

Just a Thought from a non Christian who doesn't want to work with someone who has decided that they are bent on converting everyone they work next to. My opinions are from some very awful life experiences.
References :
You don't.

2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Sow seed when possible.

Not every one has eyes that see and ears that hear.
References :
this is the precept of St Francis of Assisi
“It is no use walking anywhere to preach unless our walking is our preaching.”

To me, what this means, is that same old axiom: "Practice what you preach" That is to say, if you tell your son to clean his room, but you have let the maintenance on the furnace go, or the shingles on the roof are falling down, don't expect your son to have any respect for you. Tell your son to clean his room. Make sure your room is clean too.
References :
~RIP Debra M

I don't think you should pass on anything that God has not given you... if God wants you to minister to others, he will make you qualified for that position...
