Comments are disabled, thanks to all you dickheads, who want to argue who is better Bob Dylan or Ministry, or who can sing better, or who is still alive. When ever you decide to get the over yourselfs, and be adults, then we can discuss the SONG and not how Bob Dylan sucks, or how Ministry sucks.
Lay Lady lay
Lay across my big brass bed
Lay lady lay
Lay across my big brass bed
Stay lady stay
Stay while the night is still ahead
Stay lady stay
While Heaven’s dust fills our head
Whatever colors you have in your mind
I show them to you and you see them shine
Stay lady stay
Stay with your man a while
Till the break of day
Then you’re gonna see him smile
His clothes are dirty but his hands are clean
And you’re the best thing he’s ever seen
Why wait any longer for the world to begin
You can have your cake and eat it too
Why wait any longer for the one you love
When he’s standing over you
Lay lady lay
Lay across my big brass bed
Stay lady stay
We’re gonna build the whole night ahead
I long to see you in the morning light
I long to reach for you all night
Lay lady lay

My first video project, Psalm 69, was made in response to my frequent viewing of the Trinity Broadcasting Network(TBN) and my discovery of the band Ministry. I have always found it difficult to watch anything on TV. I watched a lot of TV as a kid and felt vulnerable to its social persuasion. However, I am not swayed by the effects of religious preaching and I found TBN hilariously cheesy and hypocritical. Characters such as Paul and Jan Crouch on TBN are obviously insincere about their intentions. I never believed they were very concerned about raising money to support TBN and various questionable charities with their never ending “praise-a-thons”. Instead, they seemed more concerned about living in luxury, perpetuating homophobia, and funding the never ending reconstruction of Jan’s sagging face. Not only is my video a statement about war, religion, and political sadism, but it is a visual spectacle. Upon its debut, several members of my intro to video class felt so disgusted they had to leave the room. Inversely, the rest of my peers loved it.

stronger than reason
stronger than lies
the only truth I know
is the look in your eyes
the look in your eyes
just like a car crash
just like a knife
my favourite weapon
is the look in your eyes
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
there’s a ton locked in your empty eyes
get out of my life
I’m chewing on glass
and eating my fingers
I’m not the one
who’s run out of lies
lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of lies
you’ve run out of time
cutting my face
and walking on splinters
I lost my soul
to the look in your eyes
your eyes
you ran out of lies
you ran out of lies
you ran out of lies
you ran out of time
stigmata!
o, you have empty eyes
they tell me nothing, nothing but lies
