Designed within the Church are different ways of drawing the vast interests of today’s youth, Pastor Kirk expresses the desire to meet the youth of today where they are at instead of demanding conformity to a set way of rules to be eligible for receiving the love Jesus Christ has to offer every one of us.

The apprenticeship in youth ministry is a two-year commitment between a church youth ministry and full-time youth ministry students to help serve the church and its youth ministry. Youth ministries get the benefit of having committed students to help by serving their ministries. Youth ministry students get the benefit of learning the ropes of ministry from veteran youth ministers.
The Alive band is the youth ministry worship band for Alive, the high school ministry of metro south church.
